Visa & Travel Services

Ahura Explorience facilitates visa applications, documentation, appointment scheduling, and advisory services. The final decision regarding approval, rejection, or additional scrutiny lies solely with the respective embassy/consulate. The Company is not responsible for delays, denials, or changes made by authorities.

User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate, complete, and correct information. Any misinformation may result in delays, cancellation, or rejection of your application.

Payments & Fees

All service fees must be paid in full at the time of application. Fees once paid are non-refundable unless a specific service explicitly states otherwise.

Privacy Policy

Ahura Explorience collects, processes, and stores personal information securely as required to deliver services. Personal data is shared only for legal compliance or service fulfillment. Users should review our Privacy Policy carefully before using services.

Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for delays, losses, rejections, cancellations, or failures caused by embassies, consulates, airlines, hotels, or third-party partners.

Intellectual Property

All digital assets, branding, content, and documents displayed on our platform are the property of Ahura Explorience. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited.

Modifications to Terms

Ahura Explorience reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.

Words with capitalized initials carry defined meanings whether used in singular or plural.

• Application refers to the Ahura Explorience mobile/desktop application.
• You/User includes any individual or entity using our services.

2. Acknowledgment

• These Terms govern your use of all services.
• Accessing the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
• If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
• These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the User and the Company.
• This is an electronic record under the IT Act, 2000.
• Users must be over 18 years of age.
• Users must also accept the Privacy Policy before using services.
• Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the Embassy; Ahura Explorience is not liable.
• ETA or appointment dates displayed are indicative only.

3. Placing Orders for Services

By placing an order, you confirm legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

4. Your Information

• You may be required to provide personal and payment information, including name, email, contact number, passport, PAN, billing details, etc.
• You warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
• By submitting information, you authorize sharing with payment processors and service partners.
• Some visa applications require additional forms; you authorize Ahura Explorience to complete and submit these on your behalf.
• Participation in promotional schemes is optional, and data sharing is limited to the relevant service provider.

5. Order Cancellation & Refunds

• Applications may be canceled due to embassy/authority downtime, incomplete information, or unavoidable circumstances.
• Fraudulent or unauthorized activity may result in cancellation.
• Fees are non-refundable unless covered under “Ahura Protect”.
• Overstaying abroad is the sole responsibility of the User.

6. Availability, Errors & Inaccuracies

Fees and schedules may change due to external updates. Ahura Explorience strives for accuracy but does not guarantee error-free information.

7. Price/Fees Policy

• Prices may be updated prior to order acceptance.
• Prices may change post-acceptance due to taxes, government revisions, foreign exchange fluctuations, or other circumstances beyond control.
• Visa fees displayed at https://www.ahuraexplorience.com are indicative and subject to change.

8. Payments

• Full payment is required for processing services.
• Payment methods may require authorization.
• Some payments may be processed in the U.S.; by using the service, users consent to this.

9. Promotions

Promotions may have separate terms. Users should review all rules and Privacy Policy before participating.

10. User Accounts

Users must maintain accurate information and secure login credentials. Unauthorized access or sharing of credentials is prohibited.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Ahura Explorience. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Ahura Explorience is not responsible for third-party websites or services and disclaims any liability for content or policies of external sites.

13. Termination

Liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the user or USD 100, whichever is lower.

The Service is provided without warranties. Functionality, accuracy, and availability are not guaranteed.

16. Restrictions

The Service may be used only for lawful purposes. Unauthorized modifications, abusive content, or illegal activity are prohibited.

17. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify Ahura Explorience for losses or claims arising from misuse, breaches, or violations of these Terms.

18. Miscellaneous

All visa approvals or travel decisions are made by embassies/consulates. Ahura Explorience is not liable for approvals or rejections.

19. Force Majeure

Ahura Explorience is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters or system outages.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed under Indian law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.

22. Dispute Resolution

Disputes should first be resolved amicably. Unresolved matters will proceed to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration will be conducted in English and seated in New Delhi.

23. Severability & Waiver

Invalid provisions will be modified to achieve the original intent. Failure to exercise rights does not constitute a waiver.

24. Translation Interpretation

In case of conflict with translations, the English version prevails.

25. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Ahura Explorience reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
