Privacy Policy - Ahura Explorience

Introduction

Ahura Explorience recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy and confidentiality of information shared by its users and is committed to handling personal data responsibly as a data controller and data processor.

This Privacy Policy outlines the practices followed by Ahura Explorience, including its subsidiaries and affiliates, for the collection, handling, processing, storage, and protection of users’ Personal Information (as defined herein).

This Privacy Policy applies to any individual (“User”) who purchases, intends to purchase, or inquires about any product(s) or service(s) offered by Ahura Explorience through any of its customer interface channels, including its website, mobile site, mobile application, and offline channels such as call centers and office locations (collectively referred to as “Sales Channels”).

For the purpose of this Privacy Policy:

  • “You” or “Your” refers to the User.

  • “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to Ahura Explorience.

  • “Website” refers to our website(s), mobile site(s), and mobile application(s).

By accessing or using our Website or any other Sales Channels, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please discontinue the use of our Website and Sales Channels.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third-party websites, mobile sites, or mobile applications, even if they are linked through our Website. Users are advised to review the privacy statements of such third-party platforms, as their practices may differ significantly from those of Ahura Explorience.

This Privacy Policy forms an essential part of your User Agreement with Ahura Explorience. Any capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall hold the meanings assigned to them in the User Agreement.

Users Outside the Geographical Limits of India

Please note that any data shared with Ahura Explorience may be processed primarily in India, as well as in other jurisdictions where third-party partners engaged by Ahura Explorience may process data on our behalf. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you grant Ahura Explorience your explicit consent to process your personal information for the purposes outlined herein. Please be aware that the data protection laws in India or in the other jurisdictions mentioned may differ from those of your country of residence.

If you have concerns about how your data is being processed or wish to withdraw your consent, you may contact us at:
📩 [Insert your official email address]

However, if the processing of your data is essential for delivering our services, Ahura Explorience may be unable to provide or confirm your bookings following your withdrawal of consent.

For example, when booking an international holiday package or a fixed-departure (group) tour, certain personal details—such as contact information, gender, dietary preferences, room preferences (e.g., smoking/non-smoking), or medical conditions requiring special arrangements—must be shared with our service partners and vendors in the destinations where you will stay. These third parties (including hotels, activity providers, and tour managers) may need to further process your information to make the necessary arrangements for your trip.

Withdrawal of consent may:

  • Severely limit our ability to provide you with services, in which case we may be required to decline the booking altogether; or

  • Restrict our ability to fulfil an existing booking, which may negatively impact your travel experience or may compel us to cancel the booking.
