Kolkata & The Sunderbans: 4 Days of Heritage & Mangrove Wilderness

4 Days

Kolkata with Sunderbans is a four-day journey that pairs the colonial heritage of the “City of Joy” with the wilderness of the world’s largest mangrove delta. After a smooth arrival transfer and a relaxed first evening, day two features a 110-kilometer trip to Godkhali for a boat cruise deep into the Sunderbans to spot diverse wildlife from the Sajnekhali, Sudhanyakhali, and Dobanki watchtowers. The third day shifts back to the city for a comprehensive heritage tour showcasing imperial landmarks like Raj Bhawan, Writers’ Building, Metcalfe Hall, and the iconic Howrah Bridge, before concluding on day four with a private transfer to the airport or railway station.
